RIZE IS MOVING

 It has been just about four years that we have been RIZE'N and GRINDING together. I am humbled and proud of the culture, results, and family that has unfolded. Each and every one of you mean so much to me and I cannot thank you enough for your support.

I am thrilled to announce that we will embark on a new chapter together. One that will RIZE you to an even higher level of performance. 

I have accepted an offer as the Athlete Performance Coordinator at the brand new Banner Sports Medicine High Performance Center in Scottsdale. This new role will propel our work to the next level!  I will still be designing custom performance training programs for you - it will just be at a new, more advanced, facility with greater resources for our work together. You are all welcome and invited to train with me here.

This new chapter will include state-of-the-art equipment and tools so I can give you an even better service including baseball analysis with pitching and hitting tunnels equipped with Major League and research-grade force plates and motion capture systems.

WHAT THIS MEANS:

• The last day to train at RIZE is May 13th, 2023. We will be closed after that. Three weeks to use any RIZE sessions!
• The Banner Sports Medicine High Performance Center will open May 16th, 2023
• Same Coach Juan, same programming, just more advanced resources and support at our disposal 
• Finish out your RIZE sessions now! 
• I will be sending out a link in the next few weeks to sign up to train at Banner High Performance Center
